"Brought my son’s car in for tires. They replaced the tires and called and told me all the things that needed to be done. I asked what has to be done in order for the car to be safe. They said now that new tires are on it, it is safe to drive. I like the honesty. Will be back for sure."

"Made an appointment on for a Friday to get new tires put on they have an estimate of 800$ said it could run up to 200$ more depending on how much time they have to spend resetting the sensors on the car but not to worry about the extra cost they would work with me to coupon off or credit the extra cost if there were any. I made it very clear my wife works in the medical field as a Dr. and would need her car back before the end of the weekend. They assured me in person twice on Friday and on the phone Saturday that when they were done putting the new tires on they would put the keys in the car and they would call for me to pay over the phone. Saturday came they called to let me know the car would be ready by 5 but would not let me pay them over the phone until it was done which the rep assured me they would call. Needless to say.. they never called.. when we got back to the place the car was not in the parking lot as agreed but rather still in the shop. The management at this shop did a great job telling me everything I wanted to hear to get the sale but failed to deliver on any of the service points they agreed to deliver. I could tell the two men I talked to were eager to make a sale but I am blown away by the lack of integrity.."

"Sitting at hospital waiting on spouse. Battery completely died. Dobbs replaced it in about 15 min flat. Had me back at hospital and never missed anything. Best place around. Got me right in and right out the door. Couldn't ask for a better place."

"If you care about your safety, do not let these Dobbs “mechanics” near your car. My well-maintained vehicle drove perfectly before I took it to Dobbs for a new set of tires. When Dobbs finished the tire installation, the customer service rep handed me an enormous unrequested “estimate” to repair parts I believe the Dobbs mechanic had broken to create more business. My car, which had never broken down, drove less than 20 miles after I left the shop. Unless you have money to throw away on repairs you would not need if you went elsewhere, do not let these people near your car—not even for a simple tire replacement. I have had good work done at other Dobbs shops but do not trust Dobbs at 12981 Olive."
