"If you go to this store steer clear of Meagan - Worst store manager I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve been a very loyal and large spending lulu customer for over a decade)… she completely lied (or is extremely ignorant) and provided no help or suggestions. Such a bad experience, it may have cured my lulu addiction."

"I usually go to the North Park location but since they have moved to the temp space i decided to come here, not greeted when I walked in, was stared at like I was bothering the employees when I walked in, no one helped me until i finally grabbed one of the workers, when they didn’t have the color i was looking for another worker standing behind her ROLLED HIS EYES and walked away! The cashier also was not friendly and gave me quite the attitude about military discount… will no be returning!!! I’d rather buy my lulu off of a sketchy guy in pleasant grove then come back here!"

"Was quickly able to find items on the sale rack that fit me. I was able to get a fitting room quickly and was assisted quickly at checkout. They also made sure I tried the items on before leaving since sale items are final. Love the reusable gift bags. Overall a good experience."
