"Customer service was unprofessional. I ordered shoes online, picked them up at the store, and returned them the same day because I couldn’t get past the experience. Long story short, I received a text that my order was ready and that I could call for curbside delivery. Called and was told they don’t do curbside. I only wanted it because I preferred not to go inside in my work uniform otherwise I would have gone home to change first. I get inside and politely tell the gentleman waiting on me that they should update the message since they don’t do curbside anymore. He said NO YOU NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT. Really? How is that my problem? It’s a miscommunication on Hibbet’s behalf. I didn’t say anything else, just got my shoes and left but I felt it was unprofessional and rude. It’s good I was uniform because I had to contain myself. Went home, changed, and returned it back to the store. I’ll never shop at this location again. Finishline it is!"
"I was shopping at the Marshall, Tx store. They were pretty busy, so I found what I wanted on my own and walked to the counter and very soon, one of the associates walked up and asked if I was ready to check out. He checked me out and I was ready to go. Not a bad experience at all considering most if the other customers were buying shoes which required the associate to go in the back and find shoes."
