". on 2/22/24 a short hispanic man which might have been the manager started yelling at the footlocker employees because they werent responding to him through the mic , it was very unprofessional me and my son felt very uncomfortable . Some employees were just standing around looking very confused , me and my son never got attended and we left very upset ."

"I give 5 stars to the Kid’s section, the employee was helpful and polite. The young tall guy on the men’s section was helpful too but lacked sensibility, I got 2 pairs for my son, I asked him if he could throw one pair on because his old shoes were bothering him meanwhile we looked for the second pair, the employee said that I had to pay for that pair because he would get in trouble if he just had them on. My wife and other son come from the kids section and he had the new shoes on and my wife hadn’t paid for them yet. I don’t appreciate the young tall employee seeing me as a thief. We were there yesterday about 30 minutes before they closed. I’ll continue to shop here but I’ll get someone else to take care of our shoe needs."
