"Don't go to this store. Service here sucks.if my reviews are at 954k those places I have gone. But, this place is ran by ignorant kids. Not having repeat customers is what's going to happen. How are you getting store credit when you have a receipt. Smmfh they didn't even sweep the floor. 30 min after I purchased the shoes. Little girl had an attitude. They are dirty. She didn't even wear them. But trying them on the store."
"Visit footlocker (12/30/22) around 4:20-4:30 p.m. to shop for my son's birthday, upon entering, there were 3 unoccupied employees (Hispanic women) none of which greeted us. As we glance through the selection, my son makes a decision, I asked for assistance, but no one acknowledged me. I proceeded to the register for assistance, and two of the unoccupied employees looked at me with a frown, as if I was bothering them, the audacity! At that point, I was determined not to spend my hard-earned money at places where the employees have an attitude with me, simply for being a customer. I remember one of the ladies' names was Kimberly. I decided to go to DTLR."
"The manager is rude. Doesn’t want to work, giving the customers a stank face. Along with another female that is just always on the phone. They don’t bother to see if we need anything. And whenever you go to pay they charge the shoe the wrong price. On top of that I had 5 shoes put to the side and didn’t ring all of them. My boyfriend just didn’t even feel like going back to buy them just left them there. This place is just horrible. And the manager needs to be changed, she is a Mexican chick but just doesn’t know how to manage a store. Horrible customer service. You enter and they are all on their phones. They just don’t assist you at all."
