"terrible customer service. i waited a while to ask someone for a size in women’s shoe. i only saw 1 guy working in that section while there was 6-8 customers waiting for a size as well. i found someone in another department and she told me that she doesn’t work in footwear so she wouldn’t be able to help me. the staff is obviously not team oriented. i feel bad for the guy trying to help that many customers in footwear while the other staff stand around and fold clothes. pathetic and poor service compared to other locations."
"The tennis shoes attendant was so patient, helpful, and his opinion was so on target. The cashiers where so friendly and enthusiastic. The store is neatly organized. They have a great collection of clothing and sports equipment. The kiddo has found everything needed over four seasons for different sports for school."
"Friendly store lots of options what kind of early in the morning though it's hard to navigate because they're still stuck in the shelves and stores, so it was a little crowded. I also hit my head in the weights area on a punching bag stand that was in the wrong place I had a hat on and blasted my head while there but other than that watch out hazards..."
"So this is about my online customer service frustration - I purchased a peloton tread, and less than a week later I received an email saying it was $500 off. I reached out a few days after that for a price match and was told to reach out directly to peloton. I talked to peloton customer service and they said they will adjust the invoice to Dick’s Sporting Goods and to ask them for the refund. Dick’s said that since I waited too long to ask for the price match they couldn’t do anything. Oh, but they could give me a $20 coupon. So, Dick’s is getting the $500 discount on the tread, and just keeping my refund. I’ve been a loyal customer and spend regularly there, but I won’t be shopping there for any big purchases again."
