"Usually I love this specific Rei but there’s a white tall ish lady in the clothes department who was a little rude to me the other day jp or something like that, she was just ignoring me and a lot of customers and moving clothes seems to be more important than helping customers to her and she doesn’t seem the best to be around , everyone else was really helpful tho and had a positive attitude. It’s your job if you’re gonna have a bad attitude then leave."

"Today, Sunday 25 Feb 2024, was my first time going into the R.E.I. Store on E. Northwest Hwy in Dallas. I had been researching water bottles online, comparing different brands, features, etc. I lucked out and had Noah help me with making my final selection. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We decided on the HydroFlask in the color “Fir” with a twist off cap and a black bottom to tie it all together. I’d just come from a funeral, and it was pretty good of him to take time to explain the differences between Stanley, Yeti and my final selection. The R.E.I. Store is very nice, with a lot of great options for those who enjoy the outdoors. I joined up as a member, a $30.00 purchase that is given back in the form of a $30.00 credit towards my next purchase! So, essentially, the membership is free. The gentleman who rang me up was equally helpful, he was mid-aged but looked fit and the entire experience was very nice. A+ Service! Next time, I’ll buy a new pair of Hoka’s there!"

"11/10 Stars. We went in to browse & check out in person a list I'd prepared of gear so we can start backpacking. Lori, despite my repeated insistence that I don't plan to make any purchases today, came up multiple times to check on us, fitted us for Backpacks, gave some phenomenal advice on gear selection, better products, personal favorites, upcoming sales, and membership info and benefits. As planned, we didn't purchase anything today, however we will 100% be heading back for the intended items we need when we're ready to start purchasing our gear."

"Not the largest REI I’ve been to, but well stocked and the folks working there are helpful and pleasant. I needed replacement inserts for my hiking books. With tiny feet and high arches I thought it would be difficult but I found the perfect fit right away with the help from staff in the shoe department. This store doesn’t have as much variety in hiking shoes and boots, but overall I like shopping at this location."

"I went to REI for the first time. My children love buying hiking and camping products from REI and have a well worthwhile membership to earn points and money back at the end of the year. They have a bike shop located in the store for repairs. The service was good. They have many different products including bikes, tents, sleeping bags, shoes, dried foods, watches, jackets, clothing, canoes and many more items."
