Honestly, it all started 9 months ago when I called into Styzinski's State farm office and talked to Alex for my insurance needs and due to some circumstances I could not do business with them at the time but the comfort and honesty I sensed on the call, made me to get back to them as soon as the circumstances permit. I ended up working and interacting with 3 of the most amazing people, Wes, Aaron and Alex (listed in order of their age from youngest to the oldest) I know. They are all local to Crystal Lake with Crystal Lake Attitude (Calm, Kindness and honesty). I ended up taking my daughter a few days later to become a customer as well. It is not just because the rates are lower, it is because their customer service is second to none."
