"Very bad diagnostic, free but bad. not necessary transmission filter replace for 700$, they ignore simple check engine. Diagnostic- replace transmission, but finaly they even do not want to do it. Finaly repair for 200$ in other shop. as check engine show misfire cylinder 5. Very bad condition loan car."

"Thursday late afternoon I was running errands in my SUV and as I was leaving the last place I started the car, it caught, stopped, and wouldn’t shift. I had to get it towed and at first, I was having it towed to Firestone but, when I called to tell them it was coming I was told, very rudely, that it was the trans and the trans only. So, I then called here and talked with Mike. He was so nice from the beginning. The car took three hours to get towed and when I called back to tell him that the vehicle wouldn’t be there till after hours he made sure that I knew where to tell the tow truck driver where to drop off the keys. He also assured me that it may not be the trans and it could be something simple which, made me feel much better after how I was treated by the person I talked to at Firestone. The next day by 11am Mike called to tell me that all it was, was the relay to the fuel pump. They had the part in stock and the technician had it done within an hour and test drove it twice just in case. What I was charged was unheard of. They didn’t over charge me or try to charge me for random things like a lot of mechanics do. The customer service I received was amazing. This is where I will take my vehicles from now on. They made what could have been a nightmare of a situation into something simple and affordable. I am so grateful to everyone who worked on my vehicle and, to Mike. Thank you all for your wonderful service. To all customers, this is the place to go!"

"Nothing but great things to say about the experience we had here. Needed a tire patched and they were able to get us in right away and back on the road in a very short amount of time. Tim was nice enough to give us a quote on new tires as ours are nearing the end of their life, but they did not need to be replaced at this time, so it was just a quick tire patch and on our way. Owner took the time to show my son around (where it was safe for him to be) and my son was thrilled to get to see some of the different areas of the shop. Will certainly come back again!!!"
