I was going to give them another chance but they wanted to charge me $674 to change out a windshield wiper transmission-mechanism. I bought the parts myself for $96 and completed the installation in 45 minutes. So they were trying to charge me $674 for 45 minutes of labor and $96 worth of parts. It sickens me that I didn’t get other estimates when I needed a new alternator because they absolutely hosed me on that. Live and learn. I’ll go somewhere else with my business."
