"Didn't answer the phone or return my call for tire service."

"This place is something else, bought 4 tires that were on sale they got my car in then called me they couldn’t get a rear tire off then told me I’d have to come back and pay again for them to install the back tires which seems ridiculous not only do i now have to pay someone else to get the back tires off which they told me took no effort at all to get the wheels off. Had this other shop just install the tires since i had to pay anyway for the tires to get put on. Day later and im driving downtown to work and i get on the highway and the car vibrates uncontrollably so i sit on the phone for probably a half hour as i try to get to talk to someone in the auto department after being on hold and sent back to the same person about 10 times they managed to get me in the next day to look. Get there and they tell me that something is broken and they don’t even want to take the wheels off the car. Take it back to the other shop and they tell me the car is fine but the wheels are completely out of balance and a couple lug nuts were loose! Glad my wheel didn’t fall off as I’m driving 75 on the tollway or driving down the road with my kids in the car. I’ll never go back to the Walmart auto care even if something happens to these tires I’ll pay another shop to fix the tires."

"As a dissatisfied patron of oil changes, I found myself disillusioned by the exorbitant fees associated with the routine maintenance of my vehicle, particularly oil changes, which I was expected to pay a sum of $100. However, reminiscing on past experiences, I recalled that in the year 2000, I used to bring my Isuzu Rodeo to Walmart, where I was able to avail of competitively priced services, complete oil change with the added benefit of Royal Purple oil for a mere $60. In a recent visit, I found the staff to be remarkably hospitable, with Anthony, the technician assigned to my service, performing admirably, and completing the job in a timely fashion of approximately 30 minutes. The personnel at the counter demonstrated exceptional customer service, taking great care to inform me of all available options and promptly addressing any inquiries I had. I am indebted to the staff at this establishment for their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer care. The team exudes a warm and welcoming aura, and their proficiency and concern towards their patrons are praiseworthy. My sincere gratitude to Walmart for their outstanding service, humility, kindness, and genuine care."

"Went in for an oil change, was told would be two hours and to come back. Asked for an appointment told they couldn't do it. Said I would come back later so then at least someone could pick me up while I wait. Return 2 hours later, told that they are all booked for the day even though they close at 6, but they could make me an appointment. Why could I not have an appointment earlier but I could after they were all full. Just lack of clear communication, time management, and quality services. I'm here for a job to be completed and a buisness transaction, don't be disrespectful and rude."
