"I found them online and decided to give them a try. They did a great job repairing 2 pairs of shoes so I decided to bring them more business: a high-end bag and a pair of beloved, high-end boots. The boots needed a lot of attention so she called me once they were ready, rather than giving me a date to return. That was absolutely fine with me and she did indeed call me back for pick up in a timely manner. And Wow, they did an excellent job! The purse was perfectly repaired and the boots were fully cleaned, re-soled, and they re-wrapped the entire boot due to the damage. "Think twice! About 5 years ago they fixed a heeled boot for me and did a good job so I didn't think twice to bring another one to them... oh do I regret it!!! See for yourself, the pictures say it all. What a BOTCHED job! And yes, the shoe is now discolored and dirty on top of all the glue on there. In hindsight, I would have just asked my husband to do his best and nail the heel to the shoe or try gluing it."
