"Terrible customer service. We were in the area and stopped in to grab a dress shirt for my husband and I found a pair of earrings for an event we were going to. We were first in line waiting for the 2 cashiers to finish their conversation about what a certain perfume smelled like. 2 more people lined up behind us before one of the cashier asked us over. Then the fun begins. She asks for an email and my husband declined. Well the cashier was not having it and proceeded to tell us we can't return these items without an email on file. My husband asked even with a receipt? She said even with a receipt. My husband said that's fine, I still don't want to give out my email. She continued on about giving our email. Does this count towards commission or something because to be harassed over not giving an email was ridiculous. I stepped in and tried to defuse the situation and told the cashier no worries we would not return them since we were going to wear them later that day. She snapped back and said y'all won't be able to return them. We get it! We are aware! I just didn't understand. She had a job to do and she did it. She asked us for our email. We declined, as that was within our right. So why were we haggled at the register? My husband and I decided not to say anything else since she was an older African American woman and we respect our elder but boy she didn't respect her customers. Not returning here again."

"Just bought a suit K&G in Orland Park 12/16/2023 and I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever came across. Charles is amazing and extremely extremely intelligent. He helped me pick out a beautiful suit that matched my Fiancée’s dress. I showed him a picture of Hany fiancées dress and told him I need a nice suit to match it, he literally measured me and got me a full suit set up in 15 mins. Everyone at my engagement loved my suit!! I spent 4 hours at Macys and walked out with nothing. I can’t thank you guys enough especially Charles. Let him know I appreciate him and I will always recommend people to him. You the man Charles! Thank you brother"

"Large store so plenty of styles and fashions. They had a good selection of dress shirts but they were out of the specific size I needed so lost 1 star."

"The customer service is not good and the prices for alterations are to high. They charged $90 to alter one pair of pants!. When I came back to try them on the cashier rather than using scissors to remove the tag just rips it out! I may shop there in the future but I will be going elsewhere for alterations. I only have them 3 stars because of the inventory!"

"Needed a suit for an elderly loved one.We already knew our measurements, color etc. The store associate (nice bald guy with hipster style) was beyond helpful - he pulled several pieces in different price points. We were done in 15 minutes. Great customer service."
