"The worst customer service I have experienced in the 20 plus years I have been purchasing my safety shoes from R.W. I have purchased from multiple location and I will never visit this location again. I do understand bot having my size, but once we finally find a pair to my liking and I mention the coupon for $30. Off the salesperson has an attitude because I didn't read the fine print. Also failed to mention I only needed to spend another cent to get a $15. Discount, which I suggested. Also after ringing the purchase he proceeds to tell me I cannot use a credit card do to the credit card machine not working, then appears to be frustrated that I do not have cash. One would think it would be helpful if it was mentioned earlier on and I could have gone for cash. Given the poor service I was not about to give that store my hard earned dollars, and proceeded to go and purchase at the New Lennox location. Where may I add, I felt very appreciated. I will be taking my business to that location in the future."
