"My husband and I stopped I Miroballi Shoes on Sunday. We had great old fashion customer service from Diana. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. We each got new shoes and even grabbed some new socks to try out. We will definitely be back in the future."

"The place was clean and we looked around one of the saleswoman came over and helped us she was real nice when we said we were still going to shop around she kept a pair of shoes on the side in case we came back if we didn't find anything else"

"The sales lady was very pushy. She convinced me to buy a pair of shoes that were not comfortable because she said they would feel better in time. I wore them around my house and realized they would never be comfortable. I returned them and she was very rude about it saying that I agreed to buy them and they fit fine. I will shop here again, but only if someone else is working. I will not deal with her again. I would leave her name, but I don't remember it."

"The sales associate was extremely condescending to my mother who was looking for shoes for my wedding. When asked what the return policy was she said snidely, “the return policy is if you don’t want them don’t buy them.” We just wanted to know if we could exchange or return if the shoes didn’t look right with the dress. She argued with most things we asked or said. I do not recommend shopping here unless you’d like help from a rude, condescending sales person."
