"It was actually for my wife she received the policy on December the 15th she's supposed to have 30 days to review they took the payment out of her account on the 28th of December now they're saying they have to send the form to cancel it and your big charge fees and a cancellation fee try to set up an account to do the paperwork through online doesn't recognize the policy did talk to operator and she said that she would put a note on it to cancel and the reason they charged it because the holiday was coming up but still not 30 days"
"The agent I spoke to was Shannon Boyd and he was so pleasant to talk to I never thought of getting insurance as a enjoyment but he made me feel so comfortable that I'm glad I made the call. Thank you Mr. Shannon"
"Please do not use this life insurance company they are the biggest scam ever. They accept your loved ones that have illnesses but they will never send you a copy of the policy. When your loved one passes away they will tell you that you have to send them the original policy and if you don’t have it you have to sign a lost affidavit. With that lost affidavit they will terminate the original policy meaning that your loved one wasn’t covered. I asked them to send me a copy they said that they destroyed it. Now why would a company destroy a contract? I called and spoke to another representative she read the policy number back to me with my loved ones full name. Ok so you’re able to pull up the policy and not send me copy. That’s totally against the law. Anything that you’ve signed it is illegally your rights to have a copy of it. If you are accepting by this company with your loved ones medical history you’re being scammed. Do not use them! You’re better off putting your money in a savings account."
