"When a non-insured driver seriously damaged our newer Lexus, we did not know where to turn. We contacted Miceli Insurance and Tina Miceli helped us through the process. She put us in touch with Bailey Helton, who acted as go-between repair shop and us. It took quite awhile, but we finally resolved the damage (totaled) to our satisfaction. Tina and Bailey were right beside us all the way."

"A total disaster working with Tina and her business. First of all she/they never took the time to check on or update my needs each year causing me to pay extra auto insurance for my son who lived at home in Mo. until going to law school in Wisconsin., graduating and living and practicing law in Wisconsin and having his own auto insurance. She was charging me for greater coverage than I wanted or needed. Another agent felt they did this to increase what she/they could get on commission. I was being charged for more than I had need for. Most recently (yesterday 2/26/24) I received a letter dated 02/06/24 telling me I would have money taken out of my bank account tomorrow 02/28/24, unless I notified them not to do so 6 days ago (02/22/24). She said this was because I had a sump pump which I not only did not have, but walked her through my house to see for herself. She also said she did not know about this letter despite the letter referencing her company as sender. She could/would not talk to me yesterday when I got the letter but agreed to call me today at 11:00, which she has not done.I am 77, retired and on fixed income. I gave her a second chance, after years of being overcharged for my son’s auto insurance and homeowner needs and am sorry I did so. She is not a competent professional in my experience. Beware!"
