Houston Rockets Team Shop 1510 Polk Street, Houston, TX 77002

"Visiting from Australia and wanted to check out the shop the day after game day and there was no events on. It said the shop was open on Saturdays from 10-3, but I was out the front at 10.30 and it wasn’t open, plenty of other people looking inside as well trying to go in. Need to fix what hours they are really open."

"I tried to phone the store and there was no answer and a recording referred to opening up in September (writing this at the end of October and visiting from Canada). The website made it sound like the store would be closed on game day. The hours are also wrong. However, the store has a great selection of merchandise on opening day, though no real deals to be had. There is no other place to buy downtown so the hours are limited. Staff were nice. Wish they had Brooks’ jersey in white. Communication is critical and someone needs to be held accountable for the mistakes and lack of updates."

"My son who likes basketball wanted to visit this shop to buy things from rockets’ place. We went couple times and the shop was closed due to their add working hours. Last trip to Houston we even made during their oficial working days but they were closed for event. I told my son they dont deserve he buys something from them"

"We were at The Rockets Shop today January 14th 2023 and the store was dark. No lights on for whatever reason but what was shocking was all the Rocket Gear laying on the floor. $250 Rocket jackets on the floor and lots of shirts too! This upsets me as I have spent my hard earned money here but not anymore! Who's in charge of this store?"

"They are really never available! I ordered something online for store pick up, and it’s been 3 weeks that I have been trying to pick up my items. So if you are going to order online, ship it to your house, not the store."
