"My first visit to this store I had to ask for assistance. The employee was rude in the beginning but she apologize. My pool water was nice and clear however it had a low chlorine level and a high phosphorus. After I finish the advice from Leslie's my pool became cloudy. (It was very expensive) Now I can't get it back clear even after following their advice. I have spent a lot of money based on their advice. I went in with one problem and came out with another. So frustrating. It's been 2 weeks now. They never answer phone. When they do answer they put you on hold and never return."

"I took my cleaner to this location to have it repaired. They have had it for 2 months now and still not fixed. They tell me the part is on back order however when I call the distributor they tell me the part was shipped 4 weeks ago. No one here takes accountability. They left us on hold for 15 minutes then we were “disconnected” they do not follow up and are very rude when you “the customer” try to follow up. I picked up my cleaner and shipped it to the distributor directly. It was fixed and shipped back to me within two weeks."
