"I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed in my experience at Planetary last week. I bought a recumbent trike and was asked to wait while it was checked out. The bike was then put into my car without being fitted to me and I was told I could bring it back any time within 30 days to get adjustments made. A round trip from my house to the shop is 3 1/2 hours, so coming back to have it fitted wasnt going to happen. When I got the trike home, I found that the handle bars were in a different position than when I drove it in the store and the boom was longer, so I was not able to ride it comfortably. Also, the sales person didn’t know much about the trikes and made no effort to get answers to my question. I expected more from this store based on its ratings. On the plus side, the store has a good selection of new and used cycles and an indoor track."

A couple days later I went down and met with Matt. We spent some time looking over new and used trikes. I ended up purchasing a used Gecko FX 26. It’s a beautiful piece of German machinery. These guys changed my life! I went from pedaling half an hour on a bike to two hours on the trike. Thanks guys!"

"Excellent service! We came in here with no appointment, and I saw its really quickly. We got a new bike seats, new helmets, I finally got a kickstand for my bike, and they fitted me for it. We are in and out really fast. And got great advice. Definitely worth the trip!"
