Johnny made the process enjoyable, and although it took awhile to decide on our bikes, we felt very well-informed about our final decisions. He is clearly an expert, and was willing and able to answer every single one of our questions. I hope he is highly acknowledged. "I had some issues with my bike and had brought it back to the store for them to look at. Instead of fixing the issue, I felt more belittled and talked over. That experience led me to leave a bad review and the owner Matt reached out to me directly and asked me to bring the bike back so he could make it right. I was a little hesitant to do so because of my previous experience but decided to give him a chance. Matt did make all the issues right and fixed my bike. He also took the time to go over how my gears worked instead of just saying they are fine. There was still some talk from employees, and I think they need to brush up on their customer service skills a bit. Hopefully, this situation brought that to light a little. I did agree to edit my review, but I won't give 5 stars because I shouldn't have had to come in twice as it is a 40-minute drive, one way for me."

"Just bought me my first REAL bicycle at the age of 41 lol and I purchased the batch 707. I am stoked about this bike! The way this thing glides I have been pushing myself up to 24 miles per hour and the wind just flies by! The guys/mechanics there are so awesome and definitely true experts in the field of bicycles. Juan is awesome and he suggested this bike for me to start off and the dude really knows his stuff!
