"Complete joke. Save your time and energy. The Cogdons are angry, rude and just unhappy people. Customer service is an absolute joke. Had a high rack built for my Can Am and the ladder rubs my rear tires and welds have broke (less than a year old) I could go into detail on how this all played out but I'll save you the time and just say do not go here or drop your machine off to have anything done by Big Country Outdoors. Oh and they lost a piece of plastic (bed plastic on drivers side, didn't even offer to replace it/pay for it/nothing) off my buggy while hauling it to wherever there fab shop is in Mexico... if I could give zero stars, I would."
