But I felt Thea should be specifically recognized because not only did she do her job well, she did her job in a way that felt kind and thoughtful."

"Tire pressure not equal on both sides. Advised them, they said the tire pressure needed to be reset on the computer. They reset that it did not change so then they said that because it had been sitting on the flat surface I had to drive it for it to equal out. I didn’t believe that, but I left anyway and no it has not equaled out. I’ll likely drop back by and have them. Check them to make sure they’re all equal."

"I have always trusted jiffy lube, which is why I came back. I’m disappointed after reading my detailed receipt that they charged me $40 for windshield wipers without asking me if I even wanted new windshield wipers - I didn’t even bring up windshield wipers. It was a complete surprise on my receipt that I just saw today. Then they upsold me on coolant for $5.50, which I agreed to, then saw that they actually charged me $6.99. I feel lied to and now I absolutely do not trust being told to sit in the waiting room. If I ever use jiffy lube again, I’ll never get out of my car again because the workers obviously lie."
