Fix Auto Elgin

"DO NOT bring your car here, I just picked up my car and it was repaired horribly, they had my car for five days and what they did could have been done in one. When I picked up my car there was new damage on my bumper from them that they lazily painted over. (My car is low to the ground and they must of scrapped the bottom when driving it) my bumper is not all the same color and does not look like it was repaired at all. When I brought the car back and told them I was not happy with the repairs, the man just started back pedaling saying that the car has had previous work and damage which is irrelevant to the current situation, so pretty much his reasoning was because my car isn't brand new it's okay for their workmanship to look terrible....he then told me too bad that they were not going to correct their poor repairs. I am now taking it up with the insurance company!"

We did have a minor mechanical issue but they quickly addressed it to our satisfaction. They are responsive and courteous in their communications. They always washed our before pick up too, which is a nice touch. Recommended!"

"I was quite impressed with both the work and the customer service. Most times these situations are terrible but precision makes its totally painless from start to finish! I got a call stating my projected finish date and the car was even done a day early, they didnt hassle me at all, i was able to leave my rental there when i picked up my car which was a huge plus, and to top it off my car was totally vacuumed out which really impressed me because i had so much stuff in it which they gently moved to the trunk (not a small task). I could not be happier! The staff was so friendly and got me in and out fast! Thank you!!!"
