"The customer service at this store was really bad, the cashier named Syed was very rude to us, did not help us in any way instead called for another person to help us. Although the lady whom he called for to to solve the problem, she was generally very frustrated with us and wanted to get rid of us, she walked away as we were trying to explain the situation to her. These kind of people should not be working in any kind of customer service positions, this is a brand new store and these two people have made it look bad already."

"This CVS opened on Sunday, today is Tuesday. I don’t expect them to be running 100% effective or efficiently, but I did call to see if they were officially open yet and to verify that their photo center was up & running so that I could print over 100 pictures I needed to finish a collage project. They verified so I went online to order. Shortly after I received my confirmation email and number saying my order would be ready by 3. When I went to go pick up at 5:30 they told me that their machine is down for network orders and The best they can do is to call other stores and see if they can except my order number so I don’t have to re-select all of the pictures. I don’t understand why I wasn’t contacted when my email and my phone number were both on the purchase and I received confirmation. This was a huge bust and now I need to find another solution."
