"Took my 83 year old mother to get her covid vax bc her dr office did not have the latest. I made an appt and we arrived 40 mins early bc the pharmacy mgr said we could arrive early. Still waiting and now leaving after nearly 1 hour and no vaccine. We will not be back and we will get our vax elsewhere. Good luck with this lack of customer service, Walgreens."

"This Walgreens is horrible, left me on the phone and kept putting me on hold after ringing over and over for 30 minutes! Don’t get your prescriptions filled here, customer service is terrible!"

"DO NOT COME HERE!!! I literally saw everyone that was in line wait for an hour. AN HOUR. We even had an appointment for the vaccine and we still waited around for an hour. Whether it was covid or medicine related, it will take an hour."

"Very rude lady that just answered the phone. Told her I had to cancel my prescriptions because they were called into the wrong pharmacy. The other pharmacy couldn't approve my insurance with them at the wrong place. She told me the price of the prescriptions and I said I didn't need price, I needed them canceled. She said you said your insurance wouldn't pay for them. I repeated what I said the first time and that I didn't live in Denton anymore and she rudely said I canceled them and hung up."

"Absolutely horrible staff. They are NEVER friendly not even a shred of kindness. I understand being busy but it’s as if they go out of their way to be completely rude to you. There was one absolutely wonderful man whom worked there, which I’m guessing he no longer does and it’s probably because of how disgustingly rude the other employees are. Including the pharmacist. When people are needing their medication, the last thing they need is to be treated how I have been and how those I have witnessed being treated. You’re supposed to help people, they should truly be ashamed. Take a good hard look at yourselves. (I’ve used them for months, not my first experience but it will be my last) I hope whoever reads this chooses to not go through this."
