CVS Pharmacy,

1510 West Hickory Street, Denton, TX 76201

"Roger used to be the pharmacist in charge at this CVS in Denton on Hickory. Since he’s left, the staff is now rude, unaccomodating, and generally uncaring. I live on the other side of town - there is a CVS much closer to me than this one. I used to come here because of how Roger ran the pharmacy. Based on what this store had told me is now CVS policy, I will be switching to another company to fill my prescriptions."

"Probably the worst pharmacy in Denton. Always at least a 15 minute wait just to pick up a script that’s already done. Huge waste of time"

"After class I stopped by to get a coconut water and a tv dinner and the manager there rudly asked me I had to leave because he said I was gonna steal. I asked him what made him think that since I come up here often. I also asked him in front of employees and customers if he wanted to check my bag and he said no I don't.. Everyone there was looking at him be erratic and you can tell he was having a bad day. Still no reason to accuse anyone of stealing especially after I gave him permission to look in my bag but he kept saying I don't want to. Then he quickly took the items out of my hands and said bye. Never will come here again that's for sure."

"Have been going to this pharmacy for about 4 years now and they’d been fine up until the last few months; constantly having issues filling my prescriptions in a timely manner even when they’re in the auto-fill list, I still have to come in person and wait 20+ minutes for something as simple as birth control. This wasn’t really a huge issue until recently and it seems more of an organization/timeliness problem than anything to do with staffing."

"Surprisingly unhelpful. Very unsatisfied with the service. The first time I came in the customer service was shabby, the tech had an immediate attitude with me and was unhelpful as it gets. The second time I came up there the attendant/tech was much more kind and polite, unfortunately still not helpful though. Both times I came to pick up my medicine and neither time I could because it was in another location. I had to do a lot between my provider and cvs to fix the mistake. The biggest problem I have is that it WASnt until I called the cvs that my prescription had been accidentally sent to that I was made aware from them of the simple fix of just asking one cvs to transfer the prescription to the other....!? On both visits I made it clear that it was supposed to be at the cvs with them and that it wasn’t supposed to be at the other one. I checked my side of things too. And nothing was working not matter what I changed on my side. They were made aware of the problem both times and couldn’t suggest the simple fix of transferring it???? Waste of time, I need my medicine not my energy wasted. Don’t go in there for pharmacy. The other store staff are cool though."
