Albertsons Pharmacy

"I try to become new customer for Albertson’s pharmacy but on my first try to transfer medication I tried communicate mby phone they don’t answer walk at the counter. They don’t know about anything about the transfer medication and what is the status? Finally, the lady cashier was telling me that, they just got the transfer after our place it for 24 hours in advance. I decide to step up at the front counter and ask them. What is the status they don’t have my medication ready yet this situation made me waste time take two hours off of my work to drive all the way to Denton to inquire about medication. I believe this is not right, by the way, I’m still waiting for the medication. P.S If you call the pharmacy customer service…good luck. If you transfer a medication online,… Good luck."

"This is worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready, even the day after they are called in by the doctor. Refills are never done in a timely manner. They run out of your drug on a refill and never notify you. Would change but, unfortunately my insurance makes me come here."

"I'm new to the area. So I decided to do my grocery shopping here. The deli had good service. Try to get something from the meat counter And the guy act like he didn't want to help me. So I said forget it. Then I want to go check out there was only one register open and had to wait.. I'm not gonna go through self checkout with the full cart of groceries."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy my husband has used, never have anything you have prescribed to you in stock, you’re a reoccurring customer, and they don’t make sure they have the prescription for the following month on time. What pharmacy gets locked out of their medicine case? What pharmacy doesn’t care about their customers? You will literalllyy die if you have something ordered to this pharmacy if it’s life or death situation. Don’t count on these people and we will be reaching out the the better business bureau!!! If you want to live go to another pharmacy, these people will literally make sure you’re dying before they care to get what you need on a monthly basis! AVOID THEM!!!! Even if you call days ahead to make sure they have it, promise it’ll be ready on time by a certain day!!! They’ll lie DIRECTLY to your face, have you drive there to be told they’re out of it!!!"

"I've never been to a more helpful and efficient pharmacy than this one! I loved being able to schedule my flu shot the day of on the website - Kelly was so patient and calm when administering my flu shot! Morgan, Jace and Soo have been super helpful and friendly when I was transferring my prescription to their pharmacy and they were very efficient in getting it filled ASAP!"
