"Pharmacy tech stated they do not update the stock in their system when they are out of medications, so if you are referred here by another pharmacy because they show they have your meds on hand I would strongly suggest verifying."
"Exceptional store! The pharmacy tech and pharmacist on duty when I was there were excellent! The tech was extremely friendly and helpful, and the pharmacist was patient with me and all of my questions about my medicine. It was a Sunday night at 10pm, and my medicines were ready within 15 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service."
"Absolute worst pharmacy ever Received a text stating that prescription was ready. After waiting a strangely long time in the drive though they said they had no prescription. Was sent to a nearby CVS thinking the doc sent it there only to again wait entirely too long in the drive thru and find out that they also had nothing for us. I guess CVS just randomly text’s people or their staff is just incompetent"
"The service was absolutely appalling! The lady I dealt with first was lovely, but the man I encountered at the consultation counter and the pharmacist were less than helpful. The pharmacist rolled her eyes at me when I explained that I had not received a call from the specialty clinic. Then, the man at the consultation counter let out an exasperated sigh when I asked him to repeat the phone number and then proceeded to walk away from me TWICE without asking if there was anything I needed or any more questions (which I did). No one trying to get their life preserving medication should ever have to deal with with rude, uninterested and completely un-helpful service that I had to deal with today. Both interactions I have had with this location recently has been horrible and the customer service is appalling."
"If you can use another pharmacy, do it. The manager is never there, he doesn’t manage when he does happen to be in, and the staff wouldn’t throw water on you if you were on fire. Seriously. One of the twenty-ish staff said it’s not her job to tell you about coupons when not using insurance. Another talked to me like I was stupid. One time they told me a prescription was ready. I came to get it and they didn’t know where it was. I left. They then again told me it was ready. I came back and again they couldn’t find it. The manager had no answers and he never found the prescription."
