"I saw Dr. Dinger this morning, when i was recently diagnosed with Chronic back pain and he explained all of my imaging and although it was very confusing he helped me understand what it all meant, he was very personable and gave me reassurance without the fear of not feeling normal again. His staff was also nice, i got there early and i was able to see him fairly quickly. I am glad i transferred care to Dr. Dinger"

"Dr. Dinger is a great doc! However, office staff never, ever, ever, ever, answer the phones. You simply cannot get a hold of them unless you owe them money. You will get a call from them if you owe them money."

"I like Dr. Dinger but I can never get through to this office. They never give me refills on medications that are not even narcotics (I won’t take). It’s like pulling teeth. The staff is nice but they need to do better about communicating with their patients."

"I can rarely get an actual person on the phone, as stated during appointment that "you all had been having some phone issue's" well after reading reviews, it seems there have been "phone issue's " for the better part of 3 going on 4 year's. I updated all of my information in June and instead of it being updated in your system the staff has continued to call out dated phone number's and have been informed of this numerous times. They have also continued to provide other provider's with out dated information and it shows when a link is sent for registration and I enter my most current contact information, yet there is "no match in their records" and have to proceed with old information. What is the point in me taking the time to fill out the paperwork if the office staff isn't going to take time to update your computer records?! When I finally do get someone on the phone, I'm treated rudely. Told the office is EXTREMELY understaffed. Understaffed or not, if a patient calls they should receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours! I have left countless voice-mail and have YET to receive a call back! I'm going to definitely be seeking a new pain management doctor, I love Dr. Dinger but his office staff is taking down his practice and fast! My pain has still yet to be addressed with nothing I can do because I can never reach anyone in the office! Hands down worst experience ever!"

"Dr. Dinger took the time to thoroughly look over my mothers MRI with her, explain to both of us what the treatment options were spoke to us with patience, answered all of our questions. Dr. Dinger provided the stability we both needed during a rough time and the reassurance needed. He worked with her surgeon until her surgery was complete. It was a wonderful experience I highly recommend him!"
