"Schertz-Cibolo clinic has the most amazing service. They care deeply about the patients, no matter the case. from having a broken toe to something very serious, they are always there to help. I’ve been there 3 times this week due to illnesses and they are very kind and don’t ever get tired of you, lol. when I went the last time, I told them that I was sorry for coming so much within the last week and the doctor told me that whatever I think is important is also important to them. which is the best response. Even if it’s something small and might not be the most critical thing, they always take the time out of their busy schedule to make sure you go home feeling better. They also get you in and out. You don’t have to wait hours at your doctors office to see a doctor. At the clinic it’s very fast service and you don’t have to wait in pain. You get seen asap. Thank you S/C Clinic !"

"Good experience overall. Lisa was my nurse, she was super sweet and helpful. Even though she was busy, she took her time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. The doctor was great and efficient as well. The two of them helped me feel very comfortable during my visit."

"My son fell and busted his head wide open, after running around trying to find a place that takes TriCare we finally were referred to Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. This is not a pediatric clinic, but Dr Gibson was born to be a children doctor. He had my 5 year old laughing and enjoying his visit to the ER like it was an amusement park! The Nurses - Allan and Victoria - were also great with him and they all handled the situation in such professional and adequate manner! To make the “emergency” visit even more memorable, Blanca, the lady at the front desk, saw us walking up to the door with our kid in our hands and by the time we got to the door she had the nurses out in the lobby waiting to take Josiah to the back! We are beyond thankful and will definitely be using this location as our new emergency center! Hands down one of the BEST teams in the Schertz/Cibolo area! Thank you all so much!"

"Oh my goodness, best experience we've ever had at an emergency/ urgent care! The front desk lady was super nice and efficient. We waited maybe 5 min before they brought us back. The nurse was super friendly and the doctor was hilarious with our 6yr old who had strep! Made him laugh the whole time. We were there only about 15-20 min tops. We're never going anywhere else!"

"Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic is amazing as my first contact Desiree was great. I walked in with so much pain she assisted me quickly and assured me they would take good care of me. Dr. Gibson and his Nurse Darleen did just that this clinic went over and beyond to comfort me and kept me posted on what was going on. In addition, I needed an x-ray and Sean the tech was prompt and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for awesome quality care with a smile..
