"All the staff are very friendly and professional. I had an issue with an order a provider wrote for me and the staff was gracious enough to attempt to call my provider for clarification. When I returned on the day there was the nation wide service outage, the staff communicated effectively to inform all patrons of the issue but could continue to collect our specimens if we had paper orders. Understanding the stress and frustration they all remained kind, courteous and professional. The only concern I had (which is why I deducted one start) was that my provider attempted to call the facility multiple times with no answer. I also attempted to call the facility and experienced the same. I would however, still return to this location for future services."

"To star off. This location is a very friendly, it also one of the most clean and germ free places, compare to other lab sites I’ve gone to for quest. Brian is very knowledgeable he help my lab technician with my orders. They are a great team in working together."

"I had lab draws on Saturday 10/7 and they wanted a 24hr Urine. I asked if I needed a n appt to come and drop it off and the technician said no. I came to drop off my sample and the waiting area is full, the kiosks is NOT user friendly. I could not find the area to select specimen drop off… I asked one of the technician for assistance as he opened the door to get the other patient.. older bald man said it’s there.. offering NO assistance! I continued trying to find the section I needed when another technician opens the door to get another patient and I asked I stated I needs assistance. I just needed to drop off this specimen he stated I still needed an appt.. WHAT! I specifically asked the young lady on Saturday if I needed an appt and she said no. Now I have been here 30 min and all the appt go ahead of me and all the previous walk-ins as well. When if I would have known that I needed an appt I would have made one! Now who knows how long I will be here just to drop off my specimen!!! They need a clerk or receptionist to answer/assist the patients that have questions! They need more technicians as well. The lobby is FULL!"
