"The facility is easy to find, relatively small & very clean (inside & outside). All the staff members I've encountered have been quite friendly & helpful. However, arriving 30 minutes early, I still had a long wait time. As for the cost, I have nothing to compare it to. I paid ~$850 (with insurance) for a MRI. Healthcare in America is ridiculously expensive, but I digress. I gave 3 stars solely because of the wait time."

"Wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my daughter's sonogram here. Our appointment was at 9, she didn't get called back until 10am. After checking in it took about 40 minutes to be called to "registration" where she said they will bill my insurance and took all of 2 seconds. Then back to wait some more. When I asked what was taking so long they told me they 'got behind'. But her appointment was a 9am and they open at 8am, how are you so behind already? Probably overscheduled trying to cram as much profit...I mean patients, in at a time, with not enough staff or resources. the US tech was nice and helped calm my daughter down when she was feeling anxious about the procedure."

"I had an mri scheduled for November 3..machine was broken and had to reschedule to November 27. Their Scheduling called me so they had the orders from my doctor. Arrived November 27 they said did not have orders. On a call with my doctor's office they said the orders were sent in October and had been faxed twice to the Schertz office. In the end the young lady said my appointment time had passed and I would have to reschedule which I did. My doctors office said they had problems with the Schertz location before. To me it is either they don't have sufficient staff for the mri or the registering staff was too incompetent to find my orders which I knew were in the system. Overall my experience here in the past has been good but for some reason this time the experience has earned the one star."

"So far, I had really liked this place for my mammograms, MRIs and ultrasounds. And then this one bad hair day happened…. No one might want to read this, because it’s a long long long one. So go get your popcorn. Here I am at the Schertz Baptist M&S Imaging Center. It’s 11:47 am. I arrived at 09:49 because my appointment was at 10 am. A month ago I came for a mammogram. They told me it could not be performed because it had to be scheduled along with an ultrasound for a diagnostic. Whoever called to make my appointment did not know or understand the orders. Today I was informed that the orders received from my doctor were incorrect. Luckily, they would call the doctor to have the instructions corrected. More time added to my wait. At 11:45 I was called with 3 others to go in, or so I thought. Nope, just to let us know that the systems were down, maybe for another 30 minutes, and there were 3 others waiting inside. It’s now 12:05 pm, and so far I’ve found out the lady next to me has not spoken to her friend for a while so she decided to call her. I also found out that this guy was having a difficult time with what seemed to be his sweetheart. He tried to keep his voice low but the seating arrangement here is so tight!!! A lady in front of me was coughing… And not one sign to cover up if you’re sick, or to take personal calls outside. I really want to leave, but I finally got called in at 12:08. Not yet! Wait! There’s more! The lady who brought me in didn’t see that I had a diagnostic not a screening. So now I’m on another waiting room to see what happens since the system is still down. It’s now 12:20 pm. The radiologist said no, I must have both imaging sent together her. But the system is still down (more than 30 minutes now) and they don’t know when… so I’m going home."

"My Mother had a CT Scan appointment for 2pm and they had the nerve to request that she arrive early only to be called back at 3:10pm because my Mother had to get up and ask what was taking so long. To which they responded they were behind. So instead of calling and letting us know they were behind ahead of time they would rather have just have her sit in the lobby for an hour plus. But they want to be paid “timely”. Definitely never coming back to this location. It didn’t use to be this way, definitely has gone down hill."
