We offer fast, convenient, and affordable healthcare services 7 days a week at our five convenient locations in San Antonio, West San Antonio, Schertz, Pleasanton, and Palo Alto. In addition to general urgent care services, we also provide specialized services for employee health and safety, including Workers’ Compensation, employment physicals, DOT physicals, and drug and alcohol screening.
With the changing landscape of healthcare due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our approach to providing care through telehealth visits and telemedicine. This allows patients to receive the care they need in a safe and secure environment from the comfort of their own homes or offices. Our ultimate goal at Quality Urgent Care is always the health and safety of our patients, and we strive to provide the highest quality care possible.

"We were seen by friendly staff, a CLEAN OFFICE, and a P.A., who expertly diagnosed my daughter's condition for an ear and sinus infection, for which she promptly prescribed medication that was sent over to our neighborhood HEB, and was ready for pick up before we even arrived. They saved us the cost of doing two other exams based on my daughter's symptoms - a nod also to the handling technician who's name I didn't catch, but want to thank all the same. Hours later, my daughter can breathe easier as the swelling in her sinuses has diminished and she already sounds so much better - thanks to the kind staff at Quality Urgent Care!"
