"This is one of the worst Plato's I've been to. Staff was really rude to me for no reason at all, they really acted like me being there was a bother to them, and I wasn't even bringing anything in to sell. Plus, the store is so unorganized. Things are in the wrong size category all over the store, it was really frustrating to try to look through. And the prices are ridiculous. Charging almost the same as a new garment for one with visible pilling or multiple snags in the fabric is just ridiculous. I'm not paying $25 for a tank top with the seams pulling apart. I won't be back here. Updated January 2024: I gave the shop another chance and still kept finding pieces that were stained or ripped. The staff are also still rude and act like even just trying to buy something is a bother to them. I took a photo of a pair of boots for sale that are just falling apart. You guys want $16 for these???"

"Easy to drop off clothes and they are pretty quick in response. Though I was surprised they didn’t take some name brand items. I’ll definitely try again if we need to get rid of some clothes in the future."

"Plato's Closet in Baybrook is an interesting place to go see. You can find worn brand name items for the fraction of the new price. However, there is too much inventory to go through. I also the place was cleaner. If you are a bargain shopper, this is a good place to check out."
