"I came in to get my iPhone 13Pro fixed since I dropped it, and they were able to repair the back of the phone but messed up the internal parts. The battery started to act funky once they "repaired" it, so I went to the Apple Store to get it checked. They left all the glass inside the phone, and it messed with the cellular module within the phone as well as the battery. I had to get to phone completely replaced now because of this. I would not recommend."

"Please proceed with caution. I recently got my daughter’s phone screen fixed at this phone repair shop. It has been two weeks since I got it fixed and screen is damaged. I go back to show them and they have a picture up of same damage screen stating they not responsible for the damage screen. It’s seem like they have a lot of customers coming back with same issue. Probably do to cheat quality screen. The price sound to go to be good."

"Actually a borderline scam? I have a samsung flip 3, which to be fair, is a difficult phone to repair. I had a screen that had stopped working and brought it in to be checked- I knew the screen suffered no physical damage and it was purely a ribbon issue, they refused to try and repair it, and would only allow a replacement job- which cost 430USD. Whatever, that's fine, I don't have much of a choice, I like this phone, I let them keep it for a day or two, I come back in when I was informed to return- They broke my cellular module, so the phone was no longer able to be used on the network. I inform them, and they state that they will fix it- great. Return the next day, they broke the screen trying to repair the cellular module, so they need ANOTHER day. Whatever, Come back in the NEXT DAY, and finally I get my phone back- all the panels on it aren't glued down and the exterior screen no longer works. But frankly? These guys have proven to be completely incompetent in their job, so who cares at this point? I'll take it back however it is and find someone else to fix it 3 weeks later, the touch screen stopped working, no they did not offer a refund or a discount for this clearly botched job."

"Took my iPhone for a basic back replacement on an iPhone 14 Pro, came out with a janky glue job, uneven back placement, and on top of that they ruined the phone by breaking my cellular tower module so my iPhone no longer receives signal…. On top of that owner claimed he didn’t know it broke… offered to fix it but if they can’t fix a glass screen I don’t trust them with a cell module… would not recommend 0/10"

"The owner is so rude… I came in a month ago and asked for iPad cases and he told me he would have new ones the following week, came in the following week and said he didn’t get any, came the following 3 weeks after that each week, he still had the same ones sitting there, offered him a $10 for one that he was selling for $15 and he rudely responded that $10 won’t pay his rent. Okay keep your dusty iPad case, no one bought it for a month straight, let it keep collecting dust. (: HORRIBLE attitude and customer service."
