"Very unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They have delivered me a bedroom set without rails. It’s been over a month and nothing have been resolved. I’ve called corporate who says they escalated the situation 3 times and the district manager Josh will contact me whom I still haven’t received a call from. Spoke to the store manager on multiple occasions who promised me she want me to sleep like a queen and sent someone out here with the wrong bed rails. I’ve chased them down to fix this. I wasn’t offered a discount, a new set nothing yet they berate me with texts and calls when a payment is due. I’m literally sleeping with my boxspring on the floor lol. I’ve dealt with rent a center in Indianapolis on multiple occasions and loved them but this store is just plain ghetto, I have no other way to describe it. I won’t pay another penny towards this account until I get some kind of resolution. I wouldn’t recommend, if there’s an issue a customer should NEVER have to go through this much work for resolution. From day one I’ve communicated I’m paying for a set and something that’s included in a set yet I never received it. Adam is the only one with some sense and actually tried to help me but when your higher ups lack basic leadership skills it’s not much a staff member can do. I really hate it here and will never deal with them again."

"By far one of the worst places to get products. Not only are the employees extremely rude they will harass you for payments. They come to your home bang ( not knock literally BANG) on the door to try and retrieve the item. Also there was an incident with one of the employees got mad due to the language barrier and did not want to except the payment and threw the money back at a customer. Another where the same employee came to a home and threw the paper at a customer angrily and left. Now they gone off to calling the customers other contacts telling them the customer had stolen items. How is it possible that they are still in business after this many incidents. HANDS DOWN DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
