Automatic Appliance Parts

"I purchased parts for my LG refrigerator Feb 22. I never received the parts. When I came to the store in November to get my funds back, they had no record of the order in their files. The owner of the business told me that if I come back with the invoice he would give me cash for the parts I never received. In December I came back with the receipt. The owner was not there. The Customer Service person told me that they did not have $250 in the building to give me. My only option was to put it on a debit card or come back another day. If I put it on the debit card then the funds would be available for withdrawal. So I took that option. He failed to inform me that it could take many days to happen. So thinking I had money I tried to purchase items and the funds were not on my card. So I waited another day. I checked my debit card balance on-line and discovered no information on my account regarding the transaction. I called the company back, no owners again in the building, same CS this time he told me it could take days for my funds to show in my account and you ok the transaction. He then hung up on me. Not the customer service that I would come back for another purchase. Everything was extremely friendly when I made the purchase. The owner was friendly when he told me the proper procedure for cancelling a 10 month open order. CS didn't believe what I told him from my conversation with the owner and didn't even try to contact the owner for a resolution. Instead he told me a line that doesn't work with debit cards. I was told just keep on checking. Sounds like a scam to me? Or a major lack of communication. To go to this company is an hour round trip and I made this trip over the past 10 months 6 times."

"They are too expensive. I know that inflation is bad but this guys took it to the next level. $280 for a part that I was able to get from Amazon for $150."

"Save your money… parts from this store are poor quality they don’t take them back. The old man was rude and unwilling to help to resolve the issue. He just denied and wanted me to buy another part to be able to take the defective part back and then fill a claim and wait for the manufacture to test in order for me to get a refund.. A.S.R. HVAC supply on RT 59 has good quality parts.."

"This place is truly amazing! Fortunately for me I have only had to visit them twice. First time was for a part for my LG refrigerator. This time was a part for my Bryant AC unit. Both times they had the parts in stock. Both visits the staff was friendly, helpful and didn't laugh at my questions. The price was very consistent with Amazon or eBay. Especially if you consider same day pick up which both times was a requirement. This place is really a diamond in the rough. Keep up the great work and thank you for all your help you gave!!!!"
