"Grocery shopping is great. I usually shop late night when it is quiet and less busy. Normally everything is stocked. Great deals and don't mind me if I forget to scan an item. . .or two when at the self check out I wasn't trained (I'm getting better might need a promotion)"
"Worst experience ever!!!!! Was harassed at by 2 employees who didn’t think i paid. Im a 19 year old girl I do not need to ever be treated like that at walmart. I paid for all 5 of my items it was 35.42 I was grabbed and they grabbed my cart and would not let me leave. I swear to god I paid to everything. All because I didn’t show the first lady my receipt but she watched me the whole time. This was all over 9.68 cat litter. I was touched and was not able to leave. It got to the point where I had to yell leave me alone do not grab me. I finally walked away and she was following me trying to get backup. I went to the lady at the door for help thinking she might help because of the first lady I told her what happened I showed the second lady my receipt multiple times but she still didn’t believe me and I was treated the same way. She really didn’t believe I paid for the cat litter and kept grabbing the bag. I was rude to both employees but that is the response you will get for the way they came at me. This should never happen!!! Over 5 items for 35.42??? Please work on training your employees better this makes me never want to shop here again. I promise I paid. I have never experienced something like this."
"Horrible, unsafe experience. Never going here again. A lady cut in front me in the self checkout line and became physically threatening getting closer to my body and pushing her cart near mine, trying to push me out of the way basically. Her friend was hogging the other self-checkout with a cart overflowing with items and was in on the whole thing. Lines are so slow. No staff to be found when this happened, I might suggest having additional security especially during the holidays to take care of people like her and make sure the rest of us are safe and all is fair after waiting a long time to pay. As for me, I decided to just leave my stuff. Not worth it after all that."
"Visited this Walmart on Kirk Rd - it’s super clean, staff is friendly and knows their merchandise. They also have great phone repair shop with cool accessories at good prices. Highly recommend!"
"This review is for myself and the other few hundred people who were unable to pick up their groceries on 11/23/22. I was notified my pick up order was ready through the app. Upon arrival, I realized something was very off.. all pickup spots were taken and there were spots behind those which were also full. Customers were waiting outside their vehicles, some saying they had been wait for hours. Walmart employees were nowhere to be found. I went inside, spoke to a manager who was unaware the grocery pickup was hours behind, he couldn’t put together a complete sentence and was very confused…. I walked back where the groceries are brought out to find a COMPLETE disaster!!! The attached photos are everyone’s orders sitting WARM in the center of the isle! The employees were standing around chatting with one another, even cracking jokes and laughing. The one associate pictured in the group of three told her coworkers that they “need to have some form of fun at work”….as I was looking at the situation at hand, I couldn’t find one person giving the employees direction or anyone in a team leadership roll, only a bunch of unconcerned teens having social hour. I understand grocery pickup is a luxury and a free service provided. If Walmart could have let us know the orders could not be fulfilled, they could have avoided this situation. They should NOT have been telling customers their orders were ready to be picked up!! I feel bad for those who’s holiday cooking plans were ruined by Walmarts failure. Also feel bad for whoever got those groceries that were sitting out at room temperature for hours. If you get food poisoning, this is why. Thanks Walmart, I’ll never spend one cent in your store ever again!"
