Best Buy

"Briana was amazing. Came in to exchange a refrigerator that we just got and she had no issue helping us. She stepped up and made it seamless. Even got us to purchase 2 additional items for our new home."

"Was standing in line on Saturday. There was a woman in front of me and she was just a little person trying to get some help. She told me she had bought a Dell computer a few weeks prior and it was not working. She had sent back to Dell and when she got it back it was still not working. She went back to Best Buy for some help to return and they were not nice or helpful. She did get a little mad and asked for the manager who came out and was rude and unwilling to help or stand behind the products sold out of his store. I actually left and did not make my purchase and will not ever go to that best buy and maybe any other best buy again do to the way that woman was treated"

"Some of the Sales Associates here seemed as though I was bothering them while shopping... I thought that's what they were there for, to answer questions and be helpful but No... this store dropped the ball! I ordered a deep freezer online and the website guaranteed 30 minute pickup time so I waited after being told, if I placed my order online then it would be pulled by one of their team members when they received the online order...Well, that never happened after waiting 1hr... I did not hear anything so I checked back with the associate to find out that they still hadn't received the order... Ok so I wait another hour and still nothing at this point, I went to another store to kill some time because I really needed this Freezer so after waiting 4 hours I called again to find out that the money had been taken out of my account but I still didn't have my freezer.... It took 2days for Best Buy to get this right. I think this is absolutely unacceptable for a company that's been in business this long not to have it together... I canceled my order and will never order from Best Buy again... I wasted a whole day waiting on a product that was guaranteed in 30 minutes that ended up taking two days... Never Again."

"It's fine. It's a clean store. The shopping experience is about as generic as any other place. The employees are nice. Products are decent. Always selling the insurance and the credit card. It's convenient to see certain items in person, however, Best Buy doesn't do anything special to keep my loyalty."

"This Best Buy is unfortunately not a great place to visit. Products are never on the shelf and are stored in the warehouse, which requires employees to assist you. Nobody is at the register or around to help. The Geek Squad area is also abandoned. Hard pass. Clearly management doesn’t want to staff this store appropriately."
