"(Updated) It is month 3 and I have had numerous issues since getting my phone repaired here. After the first time, the screen wasn't set in place correctly. There was popping from a gap if I pressed down on the screen, and in under a week (after being extremely cautious) my back screen cracked effortlessly. After explaining to them my concerns, they charged me again to fix the back screen that I had already paid roughly $180 the first time. I did it foolishly, hoping this would solve the problem. Since then, my camera sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, and half the time I haven't been able to capture any photos/videos from family trips or anything. And the screen got another small crack that has now gotten bigger once again. I just called to talk with them again, and their "warranty" won't fix the issues you have unless you're ready to pay again, as they say the warranty is good unless you "cause physical damage", which they said I have done twice now. Save yourself the headache and do your research, this place seems to use cheap parts and at this point I should've just used it to pay off my phone and buy a new one. Old review- Stephen and E both helped me get my phone fixed (iPhone 13 Plus) super fast! I had completely shattered my back screen and they made it look brand new. It was definitely the most affordable option I had and they had it done the same day. Super efficient, great communication, and even replaced my screen protector for free. Can't recommend this place enough!!"

"Great service here! I’ve unfortunately had to have a screen repair 3 or 4 times and they are my go to. Recently, I dropped my phone and the screen was damaged on a Friday night. I was able to bring the phone Saturday morning at open and get it back within about an hour. It was super fast. Raphael was the technician and did great work. I will continue coming here and definitely recommend them!"
