"My guy from A Christmas Story(movie) behind the counter was a bit serious but he made a MEAN samich!! Kudos man. And young buck with the BIG HAIR did a good job figuring out the issue at the register without getting mad or upset, didn't give up till he figured it out! Good to see some young studs putting in work! Bravo fellas. You've got my business!"

"This was my first time coming to this location and it was exceptional! The service was super fast and the workers were all extremely friendly. Not to mention, the sandwich was delicious! (The #42) . I’ll be coming back undoubtedly"

"Went to grab a couple sandwiches on the way home and the customer service that was provided gives Jersey Mike's a bad name. Plus, the Jersey Mike's website doesn't have a section to tell them about customer's experience which may look like they're ok with poor customer service. We arrived at 8:50 P.M. Yes, it was 10 minutes prior to closing but the restaurant is still open. There were 3 employees (2 female, 1 male) present and they were giving us looks as we were exiting our car and approaching the restaurant. The male employee informed us that the only bread they had left was Rosemary which we were ok with. He then began to grab the pieces for the meat cutter as everything was cleaned and prepped for closing and cut our cheese and meat. All 3 of the employees had faces showing how annoyed they were and it was super uncomfortable for us customers. While the female employee was putting on the condiments, the male employee was banging the meat cutter pieces as he was rushing to clean it up again. When the sandwiches were done, the male and female employees were sighing as they were wrapping up our sandwiches. We checked out at 8:55. When I asked them for their names, they refused to give them and said they didn't need to give it out. Is this really a policy of Jersey Mike's? Yes, it is frustrating when customers walk into any establishment when you're about to close however it is a part of business and doors aren't closed until 9:00 P.M. They are customer service representatives and need to continue to smile no matter how mad or annoyed you may be."

"The food was good but at this particular location it seemed pretty weird I've never seen him actually cut the meat then put it on the bun then they take the meat off the bone weigh the bun then put the meat back on the bun Fenway the meat never seen them do that before. But it does save costs on me. People load their sandwiches like other Jersey Mike's to which I do love atmosphere was okay like any other Jersey Mike's the service though they were good but I wish they would pay more attention to the customer instead of talking with each other and non-working conversation"

"Really nice place clean, employees seem to follow all covid protocols. You can't eat in there yet place You're ordering go. I always get the number 17 steak and cheese onions and peppers on regular white bread really good sandwich. Great customer service thanks guys"
