"This was my daily coffee stop while I was in town. The staff was pretty friendly. The guy on the speaker would mumble 1 syllable responses that I am not ever sure were words. I think he worked every day I was there. The person handing out the receipts did not usually even offer one. The person at the last window was different every day and they were very nice. The coffee was pretty consistent."

"Service at drive thru is awful. This place is run by idiots. Employee took my order then disappeared. Literally just sat in car until they asked me to repeat my order. Then when picking up order there are three people standing there and yet the employee has to tell me to wait while they go get ketchup packets. Oh my God. Avoid this location if you don't have 30 minutes to spare."

"This place is terrible. Food is almost always messed up. Drinks are usually gross. Don't know how to make tea. It's either sugar water or just plain no flavor, almost as is they make one fresh batch and just keep adding water to make it last and not have to actually make more. As long as this location gets your money, they don't care about the quality or customer service. Price increases almost every day. They want to be a 5 star place with 0 star quality. You're better off going to any other food place or just making food at home. At least you would get something edible. Would not recommend it unless you want to just throw money away."

"I came here to eat with my family. Due to having a big family, I have to order more food than normal. Yet I got worried after taking my large order because I was still missing a meal for one of my family members. Embarrassed by this, I gave my food to them and went to see if the meal was still being created. I took my receipt to ask about the meal at the counter. One of the workers made their way towards me and I asked if they could give me my missing order. The worker seemed to know my order and told me that i was definitely wrong in thinking this because she explained that the entire order was brought out by a robot. Yet I didn't receive the order and had a receipt to prove that I didn't receive it. She decided not to look at either my order nor my table and told me I definitely did receive it. I didn't like how I was being treated at this point. It felt that I was being accused of lying about my order and the worker just wanted me to go away. I kept being persistent, yet she left me at the counter and started to laugh about something in the back of the restaurant. She later came back to me and started getting mad at me. Raising her voice and actively ignoring what I was saying. It got to the point where one of my family members came up to the counter to see what all the commotion was about. At that point she started to yell at my father of all people! At this point I got furious and demanded to either receive my order or ask for a refund. At this point I believe she was starting to play around as she pointed at my father spouting some nonsensical things about giving him the refund and giving me food. I'm not sure how she managed to agree with us to give us the missing food. But it must have been the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I was only hoping to be direct about my missing order, yet my family and I got yelled at instead. I will definitely not come here again if that worker is actively provoking people at the restaurant."

"Pretty quick counter service and food is pretty much same as it is at other locations. The reason for the low rating is that their online ordering app still doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for at least the last month and a half. Then when you go inside you don’t get the same deal. The order person doesn’t know how to ring that up either! You end up paying more too! Consequently, you lose out on the online deals offered thru their app, reward points and paying more!"
