Bistro Wasabi

"I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of concern on Saturday, March 2. We live in the neighborhood and Bistro Wasabi has been a favorite place. My husband went in to the restaurant the Wednesday before and made an in person reservation for Saturday evening. When we arrived, we were told the reservation had been made for the 9th instead of the 2nd and the only seating available was at the sushi bar. We were not pleased as we were with friends who specifically requested the restaurant. There were many open tables where we could have been seated, but we were not allowed to sit there. In fact, 2 of them remained open the 1.5 hours we were there. I had to ask for some compensation to be given, and it was very little. This experience makes it unlikely that I will want to return and bring others with me to the restaurant. Very disappointed in the lack of customer consideration. Diners beware!"

"The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great as well. As a first timer, I highly recommend Bistro Wasabi to anyone looking for pristine service, ambiance, and quality. It's wild because I've driven by BW for years and finally decided to take a chance on something fresh and I'm glad I did."

"They take so long to bring the food out, the miso soup and green tea never arrived in the table. Even with the reservation they sat us by the door with loud music playing. The eel and dragon roll didn’t taste fresh and was too sweet. The tempura was good. Overall didn’t like it"

"Absolutely amazing sushi. The service and ambiance was also great. I recommend the ceviche, king crab roll, and the Godzilla roll. Everything was good however, those were what stood out to me the most!"
