Las Lomas Apartments

"Where do I start… moved in about 3 months ago, and this apartment is horrible. My friend that moved into another apartment was told by referring me they would get a 500 dollar bonus, but boy was I wrong. The 3 months that were required was paid on time but it seems they’re making excuses on not paying. I’m already over them I had seem-less problems with my dishwasher leaking and the water being off every other day. (Water Was off for 4 days at once) I can’t wait to find something else to get out of this place. This has nothing to do with Kim or the other leasing man in the office as they have been respectful and polite."

"I am a new resident at las lomas only been here about a month so far. Everything is great here and there doesn't seem to be any issues other than we just need more maintenance guys. Kim and the front office have been amazing and every bit of helpful in anyway they can and are always so polite and swift at responding to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to find a apt!"

"It was the longest year. We were stuck in a lease, that we couldn't get out of. First the water that came into the apartment was usually boiling hot even in the toilet tank, but once and awhile it would be ice cold. And they were constantly turning off the water for the whole day. One time the water was off for 4 days. Four months before we moved out, we had a pipe break, they stopped the leak, but never came back to fix the huge hole in the ceiling and cleaned the carpet. Expect to pay a lot for the water and gas, because of all the problems. Besides the repair problem I felt unsafe in my apartment because the lease gave basically anyone the right to enter the apartment at any time for any reason. It's scaring waking up and having people you don't know in your home."
