"Great hotel, location, and friendly staff. However, breakfast was cold on Saturday and Sunday. I have stayed here many times without any issues, but this time, for some reason, the weekend kitchen staff served cold breakfast both days. Many people complained to the front desk, and apparently no attempts were made to correct the situation, so many patrons decided to eat breakfast out."

"5 STARS!!! The location of this hotel is in a great spot. Everything I needed was near this hotel. Grocery stores, shops, laundromat, gas station, places to eat and drink, hair salons, massage locations, etc- When I say this hotel is located near everything, I mean EVERYTHING! The hotel was great, the staff is very professional and friendly. The staff is always so warm and welcoming when you arrive or leave the hotel for the day. I absolutely love that this hotel offers complimentary breakfast. They have everything you need to start your day out right. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was their gym. There were no free weights, and the gym room is very small. Even though the gym at this time isn’t an adequate size, I had a wonderful conversation with the hotel’s Assistant General Manager Alma Solem who informed me that they are renovating and that the gym will be much larger in the future. AGM Solem also told me that the adjoining Hilton hotel that is across the street allows for use of their gym in the meantime - what a great perk! AGM Solem was so kind and professional and even accommodated me when I requested a larger room. She and her staff quickly found me a room and switched me over without any hassle. If you want outstanding customer service and and a great location, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking to stay in the El Paso area."

"Great hotel, awful traffic and can be hard to get out especially when you want to go north. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast, better than most but not any thing special. Service and staff were great. Room was very comfortable . really appreciated arriving with the ac already turned on."

"We've stayed here at least 3 days at a time when visiting family. This hotel is bright and clean. The employees are warm and accommodating. Good lil breakfast offered to boot. Very quick access to I-10 is good but can be a little noisy at night. Regardless, we'd go back!"
