"As I checked in I understand I signed a paper stating that their was no reimbursement for the reduced rate of a weeks stay. And I agreed to the terms happily. However, as I was making my way to the 3rd floor, I saw the ghetto-ness of the hallway of dingy floor, chipping paint and constant marks on the walls. I let that pass as I got to my room. As I entered the room, the plainness of the walls, and staleness of the room.and as I sat on the bed, I felt how unstable the bed felt as if the bed was made for a child. As I sat in a stupor of either staying or leaving, I left due to the falsehood of advertising of what I saw online. I didnt want my son, which I was going to visit with, stay with me in that hotel. So on the basis of my perspective of false advertising I wish to have my money returned, yet 2 weeks later I haven’t received my money back. I see the hotel is a work in progress, and hopefully down the road I wouldn’t mind staying here."

"12/28/23 - 12/31/23 (Rm 223) 1. Stayed there for 4 days attending the Sun Bowl. 2. The room was clean, and there was a great location. 3. HOWEVER, the shower hot water was not hot. 4. The sink water was hot as it should have been. URGENT: Management, you need to turn the hot water temperature up for the shower."

"Quick and professional check in. Lots of highway noise on one side. 1st floor rooms let you park near your door. 2&3 floor rooms have interior hallway. Room 106 fridge does not cool down food but will probably keep something cool that is already cold."

"It's a nice place with a decent location. The rooms were alright. I feel like the staff was doing a great job. The price was comparable to other places nearby. It's within walking distance of the theater and bus stop, which was a huge bonus."
