"Rooms were good and staff was super friendly. The problem was the elevator was broken (not a big deal) but there are motion sensor lights in the room. When in the bed if my arm moved the bathroom light facing the bed would turn on. Very bright and very annoying I had to get up several times to turn them off. Please fix this!"

"Hotel is currently undergoing major renovation and is messy. Staff is professional and courteous. Elevators are old and falling apart. Rooms are clean and somewhat updated, however there isn’t much attention to detail with things like the light switches not working, frayed carpeting, peeling paint, etc. Rooms are very noisy with traffic and airport noise ( thin walls and window). No microwave in room and no working ice machines. Tons of nearby shopping and restaurants and easy access to I-10."

"Absolutely horrible!! Arrived to Hyatt El Paso and the receptionist was busy creating goody bags. Once I was able to catch her attention she checked us in. Our room smelled so bad like cigarettes it made my 5 & 3 year old daughters feel nauseous, not adding the restroom smelled like sewage. Went down to the receptionist to ask for a different room and where told no because we had occupied the room for more than 10 minutes! Asked for a refund and was denied! When going upstairs to retrieve our baggage, we noticed dog feces in the elevators. Absolutely disgusting hotel!"

"I have stayed in many Hyatt hotels all over the globe, and I’m not even joking when I say the service here is TOP NOTCH! Everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff, shuttle driver Cesar, housekeeping, and literally every person working at the hotel truly went out of their way to make us feel so welcome. The breakfast each morning was amazing and you could really tell that the ladies in the kitchen took pride in what they do! Will most definitely stay here again without hesitation next time I’m in El Paso :-)"
