"Extremely disappointed to find out my return would be store credit only. I purchased my items 8 days ago at that time the equipment was not working properly so I was not given a printed receipt. I was emailed my receipt. Today I was told it states on the receipt about the return policy. It does NOT have that on the emailed receipt version. I tried to explain that to the associate who then spoke to the owner via text- she declined the refund. As a business owner myself I support small business owners. Unfortunately this one left a bad impression."
