"I put a mobile order through 8 minutes before I pulled up to the window. The barista made it sound like I was a problem. They couldn't find the order, and let me know how busy they are, I was in absolutely no rush so I said not to worry, but there was clear frustration. After I received my drink, I had a panic attack, I only order decaf, they 100% put full forced shots in my drink and almost ended up in the ER. I will never go here again."

"Came in on Saturday, January 6th, at approximately 12:40 PM. Place was not busy and waited 15 minutes for one (1) Macchiato and one (1) slice of pumpkin bread. The floor behind the counter was a mess, and both the coffee and pumpkin bread were lukewarm. Unacceptable!!!"

"it truly saddens as to how bad things have gotten at this location. I am one of the MANY baristas that no longer work here (after 2 years) due to the manager being super rude and disrespectful towards partners (including me of course). It’s unacceptable and unfair. no one deserves to be treated that way. The partners here are so amazing but it is so draining having to come into work knowing you’re about to get attitude/ get mistreated from the store manager. With that being said, I hope things change soon and that this environment gets back to how it use to be."
